We performed the folk dancing called
‘Ukudar’a Giderken’ as Turkish group
during the presentations in Spain. An old living ceremony is re-enacted in this
show. It is considered as belonging to the Ottoman period.
‘Uskudar’a Giderken’ is a folk
song originated from Istanbul region. Uskudar is the name of a county of
Istanbul in Asian side and beside it is an old settlement. It is a very famous
song and folk dancing in Turkey. The lyrics are anonymous. Istanbul (Rumelian)
folks are also composed songs and they are used as various forms as song, folk
dancing and etc.
Our students wore their folklore costumes and present their show with
the aim of introducing Turkish culture to the other countries.
At the end of the show, we offered
Turkish delights to the audiences according to the content of act. This show is
also a much loved culture value in our country and it is a preferred
presentation in our ceremonies in schools, special days and festivals.
Besides all of these, the act has
a touristic aim to symbolize Turkish culture and it is a worldwide known and
loved show.

İspanya’yada gerçekleştirilen etkinliğimiz
İspanya' da yapılan sunumlarda Türk ekibi
olarak, "Üsküdar' a Giderken" (Katibim) adlı folklor gösterisi
yapıldı. Bu gösteride eski zamanlarda yaşanmış bir seremoni canlandırılmaktadır. Osmanlı
dönemine ait bir gösteri olarak kabul edilmektedir.
"Üsküdar' a Giderken"
(Katibim) aslen, İstanbul yöresine ait bir türküdür. Üsküdar aslında Asya
yakasındaki İstanbul'un bir ilçesinin adıdır. Aynı zamanda eski bir yerleşim
yeridir. Bu oyuna adını vermiştir. Türkiye' de çok meşhur bir türkü ve oyun
olarak bilinmektedir. Sözleri anonimdir.
İstanbul (Rumeli) türküleri aynı zamanda
besteli olup, şarkı vb. formlarda da
söylenebilmektedir.
Öğrenciler aslına uygun folklorik
kıyafetlerle ve figürlerle sergiledikleri bu oyunda Türk kültürünü tanıtmayı
amaçlamaktadırlar.
Gösteri sonunda da oyunun içeriğine uygun
olarak, Türkiye'den getirilmiş Türk lokumları izleyenlere ikram edilmiştir. Bu
gösteri ülkemizde de çok sevilen bir kültür değeridir. Okullarda yapılan
törenlerde, özel günlerde ve bayramlarda çok tercih edilen bir oyundur.
Ayrıca turistik amaçlı da sıklıkla
tercih edilen bir sunumdur. Dünyaca bilinen ve sevilen bir gösteri ve türküdür.
